Abs, Legs, and Glute



As we have progressed through summer, I found that I was loosing site of some of the needs of a few of my challengers that appreciate an extra fitness challenge thrown into my health and fitness accountability group.

I've re-created this one and hope that you find it as sweat worthy as I have!

This one is not for the faint of heart!  It is suggested for the circuit to be repeated 3 times - which is more like it's own workout than an add-on.

I have done it, it's taken me the full day to complete the circuit, but it's worth the extra effort.

As a warning, for those with knee trouble this is NOT the work out challenge for you!
